Apply for your Home

Step 1. Complete the Application

Complete the application for all parties over 18.

An incomplete Application Packet will not be accepted.

Step 2. Provide Documentation and Fee

Provide Documentation:

• One Month Bank Statements
• One Month Paycheck Stubs
• Driver's License or ID for all parties over 18
• Complete the TOP portion of Residential Verification form
• Application Fees: $30 per adult (cash only)
• Pet Photo, if applicable
• Completed Tenant Screening Package (all applicants must sign, date, initial)

​Application Fee is non-refundable once we have processed your application.

$30 PER ADULT ON LEASE.

Step 3. We will review your application​

Once we have a complete application along with your application fees, the process will take approximately 2-3 business days.  Feel free to call to check on your application at any time.

We will verify:

• Current and past rental history
  
• Employment verification
  
• Criminal history
  
• Overall credit

If you have ever been evicted and/or you owe money to rental properties or previous landlords we cannot process your application. 

In the event you have filed bankruptcy, it is important that you let the office staff know so that you may explain the circumstances.

Step 4. Approval and Deposit

Upon approval ALL parties are required to pay the deposit in full within 24 hours, otherwise we move on to the next application.​

Step 5. Move in

If your application, credit and background check  come back favorably, your application will be accepted.

We look forward to having you as a new tenant in our rental properties!

​Tenants are required to move in within 10 days of approval. We will not hold properties longer than 10 days.
